Our company has launched a plan to upgrade our powder-coating equipment, replacing our two aging powder-coating lines with a single, fully intelligent powder-coating system. This state-of-the-art equipment leverages cutting-edge technology, bringing a qualitative leap in the powder-coating process for object surfaces.
It utilizes a high-voltage electrostatic field to charge the paint particles. Under the influence of Coulomb's force, these charged particles are tightly attracted to the negatively charged surface of the object, thereby forming a uniform, continuous, and high-quality coating.
The fully intelligent powder-coating equipment is equipped with a variety of conveying systems—whether it’s a suspended conveyor, an electric rail trolley, or a floor conveyor—all of which can efficiently and precisely transport workpieces between different processing stages.
The upgraded equipment offers significant advantages:
• High efficiency and energy savings: From pre-processing and spraying to curing and inspection, every stage is seamlessly integrated, boosting production efficiency by a multiple. Meanwhile, the application of a thermal energy recovery system effectively reduces energy consumption.
• Eco-friendly and low-carbon: Powder coatings boast a utilization rate as high as 95%–98%, and their unique powder recovery feature significantly reduces powder waste and minimizes environmental pollution.
• Stable quality: Leveraging advanced intelligent recognition technology, the equipment can precisely identify the shapes of workpieces and accurately control the spraying trajectory, completely eliminating human-operated errors. As a result, the coating is uniform and fine, significantly boosting the yield of high-quality products.
• Reduced costs: The increased level of automation has minimized manual operation steps, significantly lowering labor costs. The automated operation and precise control of equipment help avoid material waste, reduce the rate of defective products, and further cut production costs.
